Our Founder & President: Dr. Shetay Ashford-Hanserd
The ACCEYSS Network and Model was conceptualized by Dr. Shetay Ashford-Hanserd in 2017. In her dissertation research, she discovered that churches are viable institutions to engage more African Americans and other historically underrepresented groups in STEM and computing education. Therefore, the ACCEYSS Network is building a network of faith-based and community organizations as community partners.
