Grant Workshop
Join us for the second grant workshop here at the ACCEYSS U-CRC office. It will be facilitated by Dr. Shetay Ashford-Hanserd and will begin at 12 pm.
At this workshop you will learn to navigate grant resource libraries that we offer at our office. If you have any questions about grants, be sure to bring them with you!

Lunch and Learn: ACCEYSS STEEAM VBS 101
This workshop will be hosted by Mrs. Shannin Blecher. Shannon Belcher is a doctoral student and the director of programs here at ACCEYSS Network. We are excited to announce the first of many monthly trainings hosted at the ACCEYSS U-CRC office. Come out and learn how to launch a STEEAM-based vacation bible school. Food Distribution
We are back with another food distribution! This distribution will be held on January 28th from 12 - 1 pm. Pre-registration is requested. The distribution will be held at our ACCEYSS U-CRC office at 174 S. Guadalupe St. Suite 105 (at the corner of MLK and S. Guadalupe). Be sure to register and come by!

Monthly Coalition Meeting
Attend our monthly coalition meeting with guest speaker Alissa Hardin on January 20th from 11 am to 1 pm. Alissa will be speaking about goal setting in personal and non-profit settings for the new world. There will be an in-person and virtual available. You will not want to miss this exciting meeting!

Monthly Member Meeting/ Lunch and Learn
Our monthly member meeting will begin at 11 am followed with this month’s lunch and learn event.
Come join us at 12pm CST to learn about cybersecurity and how to get into the cyber workforce! Mr. Bryan is the CEO and Founder of TekRescue and will be here at the ACCEYSS U-CRC office to host this month’s event. Lunch will be provided with the purchase of a ticket!
ACCEYSS 4 Girls Hour of Code
We are hosting a Code.org Hour of Code event! We will have guest speakers, guest teachers, and lunch! We are limiting the open slots to 10 girls. You will learn how other women got involved in computer science and technology and how you can get there too! We will have fun, interactive projects where you will be learning about coding and computer science! RSVP now to save your spot!

ACCEYSS Food Distribution
The holidays are hard for everyone and to ease some stresses we are hosting a food distribution event for the residents of Hays County. Through partnership with the Hays County Food Bank we will be giving out food to families in need at our ACCEYSS U-CRC office from 10 am to 11:30 am.
